MyPrimavera Resources is intended for functional managers operating within the limits of matrix management system. Primavera makes the process of collaboration between the project manager and the division manager easy. The project manager graphically selects the roles (positions) necessary for the work fulfillment. The functional manager responsible for the roles resources estimates their workload and assigns them to work on various projects. Both resources and roles can be included in short-term or permanent teams which allows managers to operate with larger organizational units.
