The PM contract and PM procurement modules provide for automation of contracts and deliveries management processes respectively. They enable the information on the contracts signed and equipment to be delivered to be aligned automatically with network schedules in Primavera. Documents circulation processes between companies (i.e. documents approval, delivery Project Estimate Documentation and Work Documentation, procuring of permissions, information queries, incoming and outgoing correspondence, meetings’ minutes) and also current reports from contractors on site and weather conditions etc can be automatized as well. Project administrative support system Contract Management will ensure that these processes are made automatical and the risks of documentation support for projects are minimized.
Primavera Contractor also solves problems of network planning. Its features include single-user work with project schedule at a time, limited in number of works.
